The types of disruptions that used to occur once in an era or generation in the past are now happening in a matter of years or months. Disruption is coming to the fields of public policy and governance as well, they are no exception. Along the way, important opportunities, challenges, and questions will arise. How we handle these changes will shape whether they actually lead to positive outcomes.
